Leoní
Introducing Leoní, a new brand launching in spring 2024 under the guidance of Swedish fashion entrepreneur Nathalie Schuterman and Creative Director Filippa Fuxe.
Moncler was founded in 1952 by Rene Ramillon in France, specializing in producing down jackets and sportswear for professional skiers and mountaineers. The brand gained prominence in the fashion world in the 1980s when Moncler designer, Chantal Thomass, encouraged the wearing of quilted jackets "off piste" in the city. In 2003, the Italian entrepreneur Remo Ruffini acquired the brand and became its current Creative Director. Ruffini introduced the strategy of the global quilted jacket, reworking the fit and materials to create jackets suitable for everyday wear.
