For customers in Sweden, there is the option to pay via Klarna Account or Klarna Invoice. When purchasing through Klarna, no extra invoice fees are added.
Prices are stated in SEK and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price but are added as an extra fee. The stated amount is only reserved on your account until we have confirmed that your order is available. As we respect your privacy, your payment information will be automatically removed from our system as soon as your purchase is completed. All transactions are handled by Shopify Payments, which ensures secure online transactions. We strive to handle your personal and payment information as securely as possible, but in the event that a third party were to gain unauthorized access to our customer data, we cannot be held responsible for any potential loss.

The prices are the same online as in the store, with some exceptions that apply to sale products, offers, or campaigns. All prices on the Nathalie Schuterman Webshop are stated in SEK and include VAT, unless you have specified a country outside the EU at checkout and are therefore not obliged to pay Swedish VAT. In this case, the VAT will be automatically deducted at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are not included in the price but are added as an extra fee. All prices are subject to change.
When ordering from Nathalie Schuterman, we send a confirmation to your email address. Please note that it is very important that you provide a valid email address in order for you to receive your order confirmation. To cancel an order, contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can cancel depending on time as all orders are handled in turn. If we do not have time to cancel the order, you can make a return. You still always have 14 days of open purchase, should you not be at peace with your chosen product.

We ship all orders from our store in or warehouse outside Stockholm. You will be notified in the order confirmation email if a part of your order might be shipped from our warehouse and you will receive one or more emails containing your tracking number once each package has left us.
Sizes on the Nathalie Schuterman vary between different brands. We have both Italian and French sizes, which means that these countries' different size systems are also used. To make it easier to find the right size, you can use our size chart. If you are still unsure, you can contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
On the product page, you can see if your desired size is in our stock. Please note that since the warehouse is shared with the store, it may happen that our warehouse does not always have time to update with the correct product availability. This is especially common during the sale because the turnover of goods is then significantly higher than usual. Also note that when the stock is shared with the store, parts of our stock will be out in the store for customers to try, and during sale periods this happens more frequently, as turnover increases. You always have 14 days to return your order.
We usually don't restock seasonal styles. However, we restock classic styles, so please subscribe to our newsletter for the latest news.
We strive to handle your ordered goods to the relevant forwarder as quickly as possible, usually within one to two working days. For overseas it usually takes 3 - 5 working days for the package to be shipped. We reserve ourselves for a longer handling process during sale periods. When the order has left our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email.
It usually takes between 1 - 3 business days for your package to be shipped domestically. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays as we cannot influence unexpected events during transport. If you want to track your shipment, visit www.postnord.se for domestic shipping or www.dhl.com/ for international shipping. Packages sent with DHL express are delivered to your home. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be delivered from your local post office. When you shop online, you always have 14 days from receiving your order to create a return.
All orders placed via the Nathalie Schuterman are delivered with a security tag. The tag must be intact and attached to the garment as when it was sent. The receipt must always be included with a return.
Shoes and jewelery must be returned in their original box, which must be intact as we consider the box as part of the product.
Bags must be returned in the associated cloth bag, which must be intact, as we consider the cloth bag as part of the product.
Please note that shoes must be tried on a carpet to prevent wear and tear, if you want to return or return them. It is important that the soles of the shoes are intact. Swimsuits and bikini bottoms must only be tried on over underwear.
When the order value exceeds SEK 10,000, returns are always free. As the order value is below SEK 10,000, there is a shipping cost of SEK 69 domestically. Returns under SEK 10,000 within the EU incur a return shipping cost of €20-40.
Return packages must be sent with Postnord's pre-printed return label included in the package. If there is no return label in the package, contact us before sending your return, and you will receive a new one. Returns that are not sent this way may be returned to the customer.
If you ordered your package home with home delivery by Budbee, you can also send the package back in the same way. You can book a return yourself via the tracking link you received via SMS and choose which day you want your package to be picked up. What you need to do is tape the package and wrap it carefully. You don't need to attach a return label to the package, Budbee will do that when they pick up your package.
If you are outside Sweden and are going to return your order with DHL, you use the pre-printed return slip and the customs invoice. Call your local DHL office to arrange collection of your return package.

Once we have received your return, it will be processed as soon as possible, but always within 30 days.
As a customer, you yourself are responsible for returning the item you do not wish to keep, and also ensure that your desired return item complies with Nathalie Schuterman Webshop's conditions for return.
