By accessing as well as ordering from Nathalie Schuterman AB (556461-1241) you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements you reach with Nathalie Schuterman. If you do not agree with them, you may not use and access this website.

Nathalie Schuterman is designed to provide you with the best high fashion experience on the Internet. All deliveries and services shall be performed according to Nathalie Schuterman’s terms and conditions. Unless Nathalie Schuterman has expressively agreed to the validity of the terms and conditions in writing, we will not recognise any provisions of you which conflict or deviate from the terms and conditions.


Please note that we have made every effort to render colours accurately. However, due to the display and colour capabilities of your computer monitor, the colour and/or representation might not be exactly the same as that of the actual item. We cannot be held responsible for the colour accuracy of your computer monitor.

We strive to present the most recent and reliable information on Nathalie Schuterman. However, there may be occasions where certain items are in limited -editions and therefore they may not always be available. We may not be able to replenish the stock on our website once an item is sold. All sizes in products sold at Nathalie Schuterman agree with the particular brand in question. We hold brands from Italy, France, the UK and the U.S., as well as from other countries and parts of the world. Due to different sizing systems, it is your responsibility to know your size in the different brands. Please note that we have a size chart, which explains the different sizes as well as which brands carry which size system. Therefore, in case you have ordered the wrong size due to a different size system, we resign our responsibility. However, if an item is in the wrong size, you may exchange it for a different size of the same item.


All prices on Nathalie Schuterman Webshop are given in SEK or Euro and include VAT, unless you select a country in the checkout from which you should not be subjected to paying a sum inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price, but rather calculated as an extra charge. All prices are subject to change. Please note that some shipments may be subject to duties and taxes once entering your country of choice. These are not included in the price presented on the website.


In order to make a purchase through Nathalie Schuterman, you will be requested to register with our website, which means providing us with your personal details and contact information. The information that you provide must be correct. When ordering items, you will be requested to provide us with your payment details. It is your responsibility to provide valid and correct information and that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

Purchases made on Nathalie Schuterman Webshop are for the personal or gift use only. Re-sale, commercial purposes, or any other commercial benefit is prohibited. Nathalie Schuterman Webshop reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any customer or postal address

The contract between you and Nathalie Schuterman Webshop begins once you place an order. When placing an order at Nathalie Schuterman Webshop, we will send you an acknowledgment to your email address. Please note that you have to provide us with a valid email address in order for you to receive an electronic order confirmation. When placing an order at Nathalie Schuterman Webshop you accept the legal terms and conditions provided by and set by Nathalie Schuterman Webshop.

If the item you have ordered is out of stock or does not meet our standard of quality, we will notify you by email and refund your payment within 30 days of being advised that the item has become unavailable.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are, for example, unable to obtain authorization for your payment. We also reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

Please observe that as the stock is shared with that of the shop, we might not always be able to keep our webshop updated with regards to size availability. This is particulary frequent during sale as the stock turnover is much higher. We therefor reserve the right to cancel any order made due to this.

We reserve the right to cancel any order not accepted, accepted or in transit, if there is a pricing error. We strive to always display correct information on our website, but do accept that occasionally, errors happen. In the event of such an occurence, we will contact you as soon as possible, to tell you of an eventual cancellation and the price change.

Since we share our stock with that of the store, the products purchased online may be tried on in the store. During sale periods, some stock is presented out in the store on display, so shoes or articles of clothing may have been tried on. Please note that you always have a 14 day return right, should you not be satisfied with your article of purchase.

Please note that it may occur that your item is sold in our store before your order is handled. This occurs naturally since we share the stock. Though this is rare and usually happens during sales periods only, when we have less items in stock.


Since most of our PRE-LOVED items are in used condition, there are often minor errors and faults. You do not have the right to make a complaint on second-hand goods that have defects and flaws that we have clearly informed about in the product description. The products are sold in their existing condition, so read the description carefully and review the pictures before making a purchase. We try to highlight, as much as possible any defects and faults in the product text and the pictures. It is of utmost importance that you examine the product carefully before removing the seal. As soon as the seal is removed, the product is considered to be in use and is therefore not possible to return. 

We do our best to provide accurate color rendering of our images. As screen calibration varies, we cannot guarantee that the color of your screen is fully in line with reality.

We provide lifetime authenticity quarantee on all our products. Should a product prove to be a counterfeit, full compensation will be paid after a written statement from a trusted agent has come to us along with the goods and receipt. 

When you buy a product through our website you have 14 days to return your purchase. These 14 days starts when you receive or collect the goods. If you regret your purchase, return the item to us using the return shipping note provided in the package. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, it must not be used and all seals must remain.


Nathalie Schuterman Webshop's payment options include payment made with a credit card. We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard. For Swedish customers it is possible to pay with Klarna Faktura or Klarna Konto. It is also possible for all customers using the service to pay with PayPal. The prices are given in SEK or Euro and include VAT, unless shipping destination is changed at checkout to a destination supposed to not be charged inclusive VAT. Please note that shipping is not included in the price displayed in the shop, but is calculated as an extra charge. The shipping cost will be included when you check out your selected items. Please note that depending on where you choose as your shipping destination, you may be subjected to duties and taxes once your article of purchase is entered into your country of choice. These are not calculated as a part of your purchase. Your credit card will be charged once you check out the items and the electronic order confirmation is sent to you. We will process your orders once we receive a receipt of your payment.

We respect your privacy and your data will no longer exists in our system once the purchase is complete. All transactions are processed by DIBS, who enable secure online transactions.

We strive to keep your orders as well as payments as secure as we can, however, in the case that a third party reaches unauthorised access to any customer data, we will not be held responsible for any loss on your side.


Gift cards from Nathalie Schuterman AB can be used as payment at nathalieschuterman.com. Gift cards bought online can only be used online and gift cards bought in store can only be used in store.

When purchasing a gift card online you will always get the gift card delivered to you, as well as an email with the gift card as a PDF.

The gift card will be valid for 1 year from the day it was activated. Please note that the entire amount must be used at once and cannot be divided.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or a card refund. Upon return of an item paid with a gift card, the refund will be made through a new gift card.

If you choose delivery plus gift wrapping we will send the gift card in an envelope in wrapping tissue in our luxury signature black box with ribbon and a gift tag, in a cardboard box. If you only choose delivery and don’t add gift wrapping we will send the gift card in an envelope in wrapping tissue in a cardboard box.


Please note that we have temporarily closed the "Pick up in store" option due to our current move.

We strive to deliver your purchased items as soon as possible. Please note that during sales periods the order process is slower.

All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is complete. Minimum shipping charges is at least €20/ SEK69. We offer free shipping on orders over €1000. When the items leave our warehouse you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you wish to track your shipment please visit www.postnord.se for domestic shippings, or www.dhl.com for international shippings. You can also email us at customercare@nathalieschuterman.com and we will assist you.

Please note that any extra taxes and duties due to the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.


If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may return the item within 14 days from the date you received the package from us. You will receive a full refund for the items of purchase within thirty days from when we receive the item at Nathalie Schuterman Webshop. Please note that we will not refund the original shipping cost.

When the cost of of your purchase exceeds 10,000 SEK you may return without any additional shipping costs. When your order is under 10,000 SEK, a fee is applied for shipping. The fee for returns are 69 SEK in Sweden. The fee for returns within EU are 20-40€.

If you want to exchange for another size, please email your size request to customercare@nathalieschuterman.com and if we have it in stock, we will reserve it for you.

To complete a return at Nathalie Schuterman Webshop, please abide by these instructions:

For domestic returns, please use Postnord's pre-paid label delivered with your order. Items being returned in any other way will not be delivered to us and thus we will not be able to process them. 

If you ordered home delivery by BudBee (available in some cities in Sweden) you can also return the package in the same way. You can book a retuRn yourself through the tracking link you received and choose which day you want your package to be picked up. You do not need to attach any return lable to the package, Budbee will do it when they pick up the package.

For international returns, please use the included DHL label and commercial invoice (if included). Call your local DHL-office to book the pick up. 

The returned item cannot be used, washed, dry-cleaned, modified, or damaged. Items that agree with the restrictions mentioned above will not be accepted.

All purchased items at Nathalie Schuterman Webshop are delivered with a security tag. The security tag must be intact and still attached to the item of purchase. Please note that we will not accept any returns where the tag is damaged, broken or in any way tampered with.

The product must be returned in its original package. Shoes must be returned in their original box, which should be intact since we regard the box as a part of the product. Bags should be returned in their original dust bag, which must remain intact since we regard also the dust bag as a part of the product.

If the required conditions comply, we will process a refund. We cannot refund the original shipping costs. In case of doing a return, you are responsible for returning the item yourself. Please take note of how returning an item may incur a charge, depending on where you ship your item to.


Nathalie Schuterman respects your privacy. We handle your personal information in a respectful manner. We are responsible for all personal information given to us by you, such as name, address, and other obligatory information needed when registering as well as ordering at Nathalie Schuterman Webshop. Nathalie Schuterman Webshop will not pass on any of your personal information to third parties.

We use your email address to update you on new products in the newsletters. The name, postal address and phone number are used when processing orders and delivering merchandise. If you have any questions regarding our private policy, do not hesitate to contact us at customercare@nathalieschuterman.com.


POSTNORD operates Monday to Friday for Sweden-based customers, thus we only process orders during these days. Packages can be collected at your local post office. Please note that packages not collected within 14 days will be returned to Nathalie Schuterman Webshop. Normally deliveries take approximately 1 - 3 work days, but we are not to be held responsible for delayed deliveries since we are not accountable for unexpected proceedings. The minimum domestic shipping rate is SEK69.


International shipping cost is between €20-€40. When your parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery can take 2 - 5 business days depending on the country. However, we can not be held liable for any delays when we have no control over unexpected events during shipment. Packages sent with DHL express will be delivered to your home. If you are not home at the time, the package will be handed to your nearest DHL office. Please note that packages that are not retrieved within 14 days will be returned to Nathalie Schuterman Webshop. For additional information on our courier of choice, please visit www.dhl.com


While we of course strive to display information as correct as possible, there sometimes occurs misprintings and faulty information on our website. If this happens, and it should affect your purchase in any way in the forms of, for example, pricing errors, faulty garment informations, or the alike, we will inform you as soon as we notice, and amend it. Please note that we reserve ourselves the right to cancel any order, in transit or otherwise, that has been sold at an incorrect price.


In the event of an event that stands outside of reason for us to control, for example, riots, natural disasters, industrial actions, impossibility to use any means of transportation, any regulations or legislations that take restrictive action, from a governmental body, et cetera. In the event that a Force Majeure should occur, we reserve the right to cancel or not fulfill the contract that has been established between Nathalie Schuterman Webshop and the customer.
