When you shop online, you always have 14 days from receiving your order to create a return.

All orders placed via the Nathalie Schuterman are delivered with a security tag. The tag must be intact and attached to the garment as when it was sent.

Shoes and jewelery must be returned in their original box, which must be intact as we consider the box as part of the product. Bags must be returned in the associated cloth bag, which must be intact, as we consider the cloth bag as part of the product. Please note that shoes must be tried on a carpet to prevent wear and tear, if you want to return or return them. It is important that the soles of the shoes are intact. Swimsuits and bikini bottoms must only be tried on over underwear.

When the order value exceeds SEK 10,000, returns are always free. As the order value is below SEK 10,000, there is a shipping cost of SEK 69 domestically. Returns under SEK 10,000 within the EU incur a return shipping cost of €20-40.

Return packages must be sent with Postnord's pre-printed return label included in the package. If there is no return label in the package, contact us before sending your return, and you will receive a new one. Returns that are not sent this way may be returned to the customer.

You can also choose to return your item in the store at Birger Jarlsgatan 2.

Once we have received your return, it will be processed as soon as possible, but always within 30 days.
