Zimmermann, the iconic Australian label, is known for its signature style of sophisticated femininity, original prints, and clever use of colors. Founded by sisters Nicky and Simone Zimmermann in 1991, the brand quickly gained a loyal following among smart, fashion-conscious women who appreciated the quality fabrics and clever cutting. Nicky began designing dresses and selling them at the Paddington markets in Sydney, refining her aesthetic and learning from how women responded to fashion.
