For an optimal burning experience, ensure the wick is trimmed to 2-3 mm before lighting. On the first use, allow the candle to burn until the melting pool reaches the sides of the glass, avoiding a tunnel in the center, and prolonging the life of your candle. Please note that orders are processed only on weekdays (Monday to Friday) for customers based in Sweden, and packages can be collected at your local post office. Packages not collected within 14 days will be returned to Nathalie Schuterman Webshop. Although deliveries typically take 1-3 working days, we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

The domestic shipping rate is 69 SEK, while the international shipping cost ranges between 20-40€ and may take up to 4-5 business days depending on the country. Your order will be delivered to your nearest UPS Access Point, but we are not liable for any delays beyond our control.
