For international orders, the shipping cost ranges between 20-40€. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. Kindly note that any additional taxes or duties due to the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Please note that orders are processed only on weekdays (Monday to Friday) for customers based in Sweden, and packages can be collected at your local post office. Packages not collected within 14 days will be returned to Nathalie Schuterman Webshop. Although deliveries typically take 1-3 working days, we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

The domestic shipping rate is 69 SEK, while the international shipping cost ranges between 20-40€ and may take up to 4-5 business days depending on the country. Your order will be delivered to your nearest UPS Access Point, but we are not liable for any delays beyond our control. Kindly note that packages not retrieved within 14 days will be returned to Nathalie Schuterman.
