Please note that orders are processed only on weekdays (Monday to Friday) for customers based in Sweden, and packages can be collected at your local post office. Packages not collected within 14 days will be returned to Nathalie Schuterman Webshop. Although deliveries typically take 1-3 working days, we cannot be held responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
The domestic shipping rate is 69 SEK, while the international shipping cost ranges between 20-40€ and may take up to 4-5 business days depending on the country. Your order will be delivered to your nearest UPS Access Point, but we are not liable for any delays beyond our control. The fashion industry has reached a turning point, and it's time to embrace circular fashion by giving new life to our former wardrobe favorites. In an effort to support this movement, we are investing in commission sales of luxury products, allowing you to sell your gently used items and make room for new ones.
We are pleased to introduce Nathalie Schuterman PRE-LOVED, a concept where you can sell your previously loved wardrobe favourites on our website.
We operate on a commission-based selling system, meaning that you will receive payment for any goods that we successfully sell on your behalf. Upon your first submission, we will register you as a customer, select the items, and consult with you on their pricing and photography. We only sell genuine products that we believe will fit our range.
The goods will be displayed on our website for a period of two months. You are responsible for collecting any unsold items after this time (or as agreed upon). If the items are not picked up within 30 days of the two-month period ending (or as agreed upon), we will donate them to charity after sending two reminders.
Payment is made on request, but no earlier than 35 days after the sale of the item (to allow for possible online returns). The payment will be made to your bank account, and you will receive 60% of the selling price for each item sold through our platform.
You may submit your items for commission sales at our store on Birger Jarlsgatan from Monday to Thursday, according to the agreed-upon time. We can also assist with deliveries to and from our store if you live in the inner city.
